That may include team ownership, board or stakeholder tension, leadership presence, difficult decisions, role stretch, or the pressure of being too central to execution.
Each session is confidential, practical, and grounded in your real context.
This is coaching, not therapy. It is a structured space to think clearly, work through live leadership issues, and decide what needs to happen next.
You will also have WhatsApp and email support between sessions for important issues that need timely reflection.
