About the Package
Who This Is For
This programme is for organisations that want senior leaders to perform more consistently in roles where pressure, complexity, and visibility are part of the job.
It is designed for senior leaders, emerging executives, high-potential leaders, and leadership teams who need stronger decision-making, clearer communication, steadier confidence, and better follow-through under pressure.
The programme is especially useful when leaders are capable, but their performance is being affected by stress, distraction, confidence swings, decision delay, weak execution, change fatigue, or the pressure of operating in a demanding environment.
Sometimes the issue is not knowledge or technical skill.
Sometimes the issue is how leaders respond when pressure rises.
This programme gives leaders a structured way to understand what affects their performance, manage their patterns under pressure, and build more consistent leadership habits over time.
What You’ll Come Away With
The aim is stronger, more consistent leadership performance.
Participants will build a clearer understanding of how their internal state affects their decisions, communication, confidence, relationships, and follow-through.
They will learn how to notice early signs of performance drain, understand what is influencing their response, and choose more useful actions in high-stakes moments.
That may lead to steadier judgment under pressure, clearer conversations, stronger ownership, better prioritisation, improved follow-through, and more consistent leadership presence.
For the organisation, the value is a stronger leadership bench, fewer performance swings in key roles, better execution, reduced rework, and a healthier team climate.
What to Expect
This is a 9 to 12 month leadership development programme designed to help senior leaders build more consistent performance under pressure.
The programme begins by clarifying the leadership outcomes that matter most for the organisation and the participants.
Each leader establishes a practical development focus linked to their role, current challenges, and performance expectations.
The programme includes the Energy Leadership Index® assessment and debrief to create a structured baseline for the work.
The work is coaching-led and incorporates selected COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ materials, including the COR.E Influencers and 10 COR.E Disciplines.
These materials help leaders understand what affects their performance, how pressure influences their behaviour, and what practical habits support more consistent leadership over time.
From there, leaders explore the factors that influence performance under pressure, including clarity, focus, emotional control, physical capacity, support, environment, values, and purpose.
They also learn practical leadership disciplines that help them pause, notice patterns, make conscious choices, communicate with greater clarity, and stay more consistent when pressure rises.
The work is not theoretical.
Leaders apply the tools to real leadership situations, then review what worked, what needs to shift, and how to sustain better habits over time.
The programme can be delivered through a blend of one-to-one coaching, structured learning sessions, reflection, practical application, and sponsor check-ins.
The exact format is tailored to the organisation’s needs, the level of leaders involved, and the outcomes the organisation wants to strengthen.
