What to Expect
We begin with the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) assessment.
Your first session includes a debrief of the ELI, giving us a structured starting point for the work ahead.
The remaining sessions focus on the leadership issue that matters most right now.
That may include role transition, over-carrying, team dependency, stakeholder tension, confidence under pressure, boundaries, or a difficult working relationship.
Each session is confidential, focused, and grounded in your real situation.
You will also have WhatsApp and email support between sessions, so you have space to work through important issues as they arise.
